⛔ NO REFUND POLICY
All payments made to NakResit are final and non-refundable. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
1. General Policy
All subscription fees paid to NakResit are strictly non-refundable once payment has been processed.This applies to all subscription plans (Free, Lite, Pro, Max), all billing cycles (monthly and annual), all payment methods (FPX, credit/debit card via ToyyibPay), and all promotional or discounted purchases.
2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
- NakResit is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. Upon payment, you immediately receive full access to all features of your subscribed plan.
- The nature of digital services means the value is consumed immediately upon access — there is no physical product to return.
- Free plan and free trial options (Free Lite, Referral Free Pro trial) are available to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription.
3. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
- You will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of the current paid period.
4. Upgrade Proration
When upgrading mid-cycle from a lower plan to a higher plan, NakResit calculates a prorated amount based on the remaining days in your current billing cycle. The prorated amount is credited toward your upgrade. This is a one-time adjustment — no cash refund is issued.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances, at NakResit's sole discretion:
- Duplicate payment caused by a verified technical error on our payment system.
- Incorrect amount charged due to a verified system error (not user error).
To request a review, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the erroneous charge with proof of the error. Refunds for exceptional cases will be processed within 14 business days.
Change of mind, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with features are not grounds for a refund.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these terms. Accounts with active chargebacks will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and legal action.
7. Free Trials
NakResit offers free trial periods (Free Lite trial, Referral Free Pro trial) at no charge. No payment information is required to start a free trial. Once a free trial ends, no charge is made unless you actively purchase a paid subscription.
